WELL-E series silicone rubber curing congestionada

Description:

Silicone rubber congestionada curing,as a rule,were named two-component silicone rubber.Component A flowable liquid silicone and part b curing agent for platinum.Series E has good extensibility,elasticity,minimal shrinkage.The proportion will be 1:1,mainly is suitable for making different shapes.

 

Application:

WELL-E silicone rubber congestionada curing for making detailed reproduction of surfaces and objects in the development of prototypes,manufacture of industrial tools and artificial stones,exact forms, PU forms, condoms,bait for fish,plastics,soap,wax,plaster,concrete,polyurethane,polyurethane foam(as well as in art and restoration works),muffins,and sweets(the food industry) and so on.

Advantage:

★ low shrinkage(less than 0.1 % ),odorless,cured at room or elevated temperature due to the reaction of prisoedinenia.

★ high strength and tensile strength with wysokim time copy

★ easy to work( in the ratio 1:1)

★ good fluidity, easy for pouring operation(viscosity of 10,000 cps)

Attention : 1.other hardness can be regulated.

           2. 1MPa=1 N/mm2=10.2 kgf/cm2=145 lbf/in2 (psi).

            3. 1kN/m=1 N/mm=1.02 kgf/cm= 5.71 lbf/in (ppi).

Operation instructions WELL-E silicone rubber congestionada curing(platinum catalyst):

1. Please clean up the model completely before operation to prevent cure inhibition.

2. Weigh the two parts correctly,electronic weight in two separate container.

3. Mixing two Casta:1 and stir part a and part b evenly in 2-3 minutes.

4. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping for de-air bubbles within 2-3 is the minutes(If there is no vacuum machine,please pour the mixture carefully and slowly down the side of the form frame so that less purecov caused.)

5. servcice product(the original model) with four plastic or wooden plates.

6. Clean your products and brush a layer of release composition(detergent or soap water) on your product.

7. Pour the mixture into the vacuum of the model frame from the shape of the frame.

 

Note:

As our E-series silicone is on the platinum catalyst,which is very easy to cause curing inhibition,so pls do remember thoroughly clean the model and instruments before surgery.Also,please avoid liquid E-series silicone contact or mix with the following material,otherwise the silicone rubber will not cure:

1. liquid condensation silicone(silicone additive is not full of utverjdati or silicone on the word catalyst)

2. Sulphur,sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.

3. Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.

4. Tin solder
