Delivery basis – please let us know.
Delivery time - 3rd quarter 15g (Aug.15g-Saint.15g), in accordance with the schedule agreed by the parties.
Acceptance on quality – on the basis of quality certificates SGS or
certificates of quality laboratory Testing centre" JSC "Poltava
GOK (by arrangement).
Acceptance by quantity, by weight, as specified in the relevant SMGS consignment note.
Payment: not less than 80% advance payment on the basis of invoice issued by the Buyer.
