Designed for lining: skirting, architrave, door
boxes and window frames, railings, stairs, furniture layouts veneer,
textured paper and PVC film in pass-through mode. Provided
the work "cold" and "hot" glue application systems.
The elements of the machine: frame, electrically driven brush to remove dust from
the surface of the workpiece, the tray for feeding the sheet of veneer, drum for
unwinding the roll of veneer, paper, reel to reel film PVC
extruder for continuous feed of hot melt adhesive, a tunnel with
heating tena for drying glue, rollers for consistent
rolling material to the workpiece, electrically driven feed support
rollers, industrial dryers, electric control unit.
Head for applying adhesive made of copper alloy. Equipped
infinitely adjustable feed speed of the workpiece, as the basis
used shaped workpiece made of MDF, chipboard, plastic.
Narrow door frame with veneer 0,6 mm
it is recommended to use double veneer (pre-glued on
nonwoven substrate).
All operations on the machine are carried out in automatic mode.
