Double arbor multirip machine TT-200/240M
Is used for cutting boards and strips of timber, which has three of Kant.
The thickness of boards and planks depends on the bushings, which are located between
disk saws. The machine can be used on small, medium and
the large wood-processing enterprises.
With the aim of obtaining great height of cut (180 mm) in the machine incorporates two
shaft for saws that are placed one above the other and offset relative to yourself
perpendicular to their axis. Both shafts for saws mounted on the calipers
which make possible the positioning of the shafts in a vertical
plane. This allows the use of dust with different diameters (200: 300
mm) depending on thickness of the cut material. The feed mechanism is
with three fixed and two lower rolls, the upper movable at all
the shaft has a chain transmission from the gear reducer.
Multirip saw TT-200/240M can be used for cutting
material unlimited width.
