The unit is designed for cutting logs and installed, primarily in sawmills bandwidth up to 20-25 m/8 h, and also at the enterprises where critical high cutting precision and the quality of sawn timber of oak, hornbeam, beech. The lumen unit is 850 mm and 1100 mm and allows cutting on extremely thick timber, not maneuvering a log. Idler pulleys with a diameter of 800 mm with mnogochasovym belt type PK (no thickening and getting resin, sawdust between the track and the belt) provide a long service life of blade.

Bandsaw width 60 mm (kerf 2.2 mm) allows a precise cut with an accuracy of up to 0.2 mm, the surface of the sawn material has high smoothness. Debarking node used in the configuration of the unit, contributes to a significant increase in service life of saw blade and prevents waviness lumber. Hydraulics, which is installed on the skid, made of box section 200 x 120 x 6 mm, provides a high degree of stability of the unit during operation, while allowing freedom of manipulation with large logs weighing up to 5 tons. The unit doubles the performance of a traditional band saw width saw blade 32-35 mm, which allows to significantly increase productivity at significant cost savings. Unit TT-800S-standard "STANDARD" features three essential parameters: high performance, accuracy and quality of cut, width of cut band saw.
