The unit is designed for cutting logs and installed, primarily in sawmills throughput capacity up to 20 m3/8h, and in the enterprises where critical high cutting precision and the quality of sawn timber of oak, hornbeam, beech.
Hydraulics, which is installed on the skid, made of box section 200 x 120 x 6 mm, provides a high degree of stability of the unit during operation and facilitates the manipulation of large logs weighing up to 5 tons.
Pulleys with a diameter of 600 mm with mnogochasovym belt type PK (no thickening and getting resin, sawdust between the track and the belt) provide a long service life of blade. However, it is allowed to use bimetal saw blades width up to 45 mm and a thickness of

1.27 mm or 1.40 mm. the Use of this fabric ensures stable cutting, greatly limits the undulation of lumber, and cut with an accuracy of 0.2 mm. the Interval between successive sharpenings of the blade longer than the classic canvas (approx. 1 hour) and averaged for bimetal saws approximately 3 hours, which significantly improves the quality of cut especially hard wood. Installation on the unit TT-600R "Premium" drink with Stellite tipped (special alloy based on cobalt and chromium) can improve the performance of the unit up to 30% compared with conventional saw blades (confirmed by numerous operational tests), cutting width is only 2.20 mm, tool spacing 25 mm allows sawing with a significantly higher amplitude.
