"Festival" - samoloty grade large-fruited strawberry, high endurance, medium early maturing. The result of crossing varieties of "Rich" and "Prime". Compact, high, slightly sprawling and densely leafy shrub. Peduncles thick, rise to the level of the leaves. The harvest of the first year of abundant berries are very large, up to 40 g, in the following years, the fetal weight is reduced to 12-16 g. the Variety is popular among vacationers, universal, suitable for freezing and preservation, to maintain high yields requires a transplant autumn, after two years.
The fruit
Berries oval, slightly flattened, bright red, shiny with a bit of pressed sunflower seeds. The pulp is juicy, medium dense, saturated pink, fragrant. Fruits contain 6.5% sugar, 1.2 % acid, vitamin C 75 mg.

"Festival" is one of proven high yielding varieties, provides up to 180 kg with hundreds, disposable fruiting in mid-June.
