Electro pneumatic Converter type PAD-1 convert discrete pneumatic signal into a discrete electrical signal.
The Converter consists of three sections, the cover, the base forming three chambers A, B, normally open sealed electrical contact (reed switch) 5, installed in the two magnetic flux concentrators 1, a magnetic shunt 2, located on the rubber membrane, the permanent magnet 3 fixed motionless in section, of the spring 4. The camera I connected to the atmosphere. When you receive a single pneumatic signal to the camera B, the magnetic shunt 2 detached from the hub 1. Under the influence of magnetic flux produced by the magnet 3, the electrical contacts are closed. The output of the inverter formed of the discrete electrical signal. At zero input magnetic shunt under the action of the spring 4 will touch the hub, the magnetic flux will change its trajectory, contacts demagnetized and are open at the inverter output is formed an electrical signal of zero level.
The electrical parameters of the inverter:
current.................................................. DC, AC
voltage, V......................................... 0,05 - 180
current, And............................................. 0,0001 - 0,5
Switching power, W.................... no more than 9
