GVA-180 ‘BUMBLEBEE“ is one of the most compact, multifunctional units, this power of Domestic production. It is equipped with all the necessary features for welding of almost all types of metals and alloys:
- MMA manual arc welding with stick electrodes all types of castables, Ø1,6 – 4.0 mm.;
- MIG/MAG ( complete with SPM 207) - semi-automatic welding of carbon, low alloy, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium and its alloys with a solid section wire gas-shielded and flux-cored - self-shielded. Ø 0,6-1,1 mm.;
-TIG DC - TIG welding of carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, titanium and iron in argon;
- Start-Battery - 12 V. batteries.
• Welding machine is checked by the protection class IP23, which means:
- protection against penetration of foreign solid bodies with Ø more than 12 mm.;
- protection against water sprayed at an angle of 60° to the vertical;
- low voltage, the monitor circuit voltage of - 70V./5mA.
Electrical parts of the device are protected from direct exposure to moisture, which allows for indoor, outdoor and steel structures, at t -30°C +50°C and relative humidity of 85%.
