Microlitre syringes for HPLC analysis
Microlitre syringes are designed for insertion into the dispenser-the chromatograph evaporator liquid samples, the viscosity of which does not exceed 20 CPS and preparation of the mixtures for gas chromatographs.
The principle of operation is based on the displacement of a certain volume of liquid enclosed in a glass cylinder of the syringe or in the internal volume of the needle. Measurement of displaced volume is performed using a linear scale marked on the glass cylinder.
The dosing substance should not react with the material of the syringe.
Syringes series M are supplied with two different sharpening the needle: pointed (applies to gas-liquid chromatography) or obtuse (for liquid chromatography).
Main features:
chemically and thermally resistant borosilicate glass, which allows for sterilization and use in biological purposes;
interchangeable stainless steel rod;
double mirrored scale;
illuminating strip;
optimum internal volume of the needle;
increased strength of the needle.
