Multifunction current source inverter type SSVA-mini "Samurai" would be:
DC for high quality manual arc welding (MMA);
pre-charger for 12V automotive batteries;
DC in part of the equipment for semi-automatic welding with mechanical feed welding wire (MIG/MAG) (option);
DC in apparatus for welding with a nonconsumable tungsten electrode in the environment inert gases with contact ignition of the arc (TIG) (optional).
!!! Attention. Be sure to consult your dealer or service center the manufacturer (hereinafter "SC") for the use of the apparatus in MIG/MAG and TIG.
The use of inverter technology with microprocessor control parameters of the arc provides the following advantages:
high power with small size and weight;
exceptionally high settings energy saving;
stable welding parameters on any the values of the welding current;
stable arc, independent of the voltage variations (165 – V);
in MIG/MAG mode comfortable welding thin metals;
control system input voltage allows to protect the device from overvoltages up to 300V;
