Welding inverter WMaster MMA mini 260
Offer type: salePublished: 27.08.2015
Welding
the apparatus WMaster MMA-260 mini is a great helper for household welding.
Lightweight (3.15 kg) and compact device can be connected to the mains even in
ordinary apartment. At maximum welding current (215 A) it consumes only
3.5 kW. In the real MMA (manual metal arc welding) the device works with covered
electrodes Ø 1,6-4,0 mm. the Inverter circuit and microprocessor control
help to control the welding process from a smooth arc ignition
to monitor the uniformity of the weld pool depth throughout
period of work. IGBT-transistors, replacing a massive scheme
transformer winding, high efficiency (89%) and almost no
overheat. The reliability of the cooling apparatus includes a fan,
also, there is a protection against overheating and overcurrent. Resistant to extremes
supply voltage +/-25%.
This unit is designed to work in industrial environment or for
professional use (respectively normal CISPR 11).
The inverter creates a uniform
the depth of the seam even in unstable power grid (220V±20%). The degree
security apparatus IP23 means protection from penetration
the device for long items and from the effects vertically falling on the body
droplets of water.
Included are welding cable with holder and
ground, a shoulder belt for carrying.
