The thickness gauge is designed to monitor non-magnetic coatings on ferromagnetic base-structural, tool, ball-bearing steel.
Used in workshops and laboratories of the enterprises of machine-building industry.
The principle of operation of the thickness gauge is based on the interaction of the magnetic field with the material of the test object, resulting in the recorded EMF generated by changes in magnetic resistance in an electrical circuit "Converter-ferromagnetic base products".
Thickness gauge - a compact portable device consists of a unit of processing and presenting information (electronic unit) and a cylindrical transducer surface type , connected by a flexible shielded cable with connector. The electronic unit contains circuit elements and the container with the batteries. The Converter consists of two pairs of inductively coupled electrical windings. The secondary winding of the counter are included to provide a zero voltage value in the absence of transmitter range.Specifications
