Application:
Designed for evaporation and boiling of raw materials (vegetable and fruit mass, cereals) by stirring. Used at the enterprises of the canning industry.
The structure and principle work:
Consists of: body, steam jacketed, supports, drive, traps and electrical equipment.
The product is heated through the steam chamber, with safety valve and manometer. In the bottom of the bottom is the pipe for the condensate.
The apparatus is discharged through the drain the nozzle has three inspection Windows internal cavity and observing the workers the process, as well as the tap for sampling. All parts in contact with product made of stainless steel.
