Washing machine unified KUM-3

Application:

Washing machine unified KUM-3 is designed for washing vegetables and fruits in enterprises the canning industry. Washing machines are used in production lines canned fruits and vegetables. The washing machines work based on continuous loading product in the wash space bath filled with water.

The machine meets the requirements: GOST 26582-85 "Machines and equipment of food. General technical conditions". GOST 12.2.124-90 "Equipment food. General safety requirements".

The structure and principle work:

Consists of a bath, brush drums, adjustable pallet Elevator, roller conveyor, showers collectors drive and electrical equipment.

Loaded into the front of the bath product falls on the inclined cannotdelete, where served under a rotating brush drums. Zone download is just for pre-steeping of the product and the separation of pop-up organic impurities with a special overflow device. Coming under the spinning reels fruit move along of the pallet to the Elevator, at the same time free of dirt. Depending on their sizes the distance between the drums can be changed in the range of 50 mm. Getting on the Elevator, the fruits are washed by water jets through the manifold mounted above the Elevator. From the Elevator they go on roller conveyor, where due to the rotation of the rollers turn and again washed by the water jets coming from manifold mounted above the conveyor.
