Application:
The device is intended for heating a variety of whole and chopped fruit and to inactivate enzymes and softening pulp. The heater provides heating of stone fruit and pome fruit to 90-95°C at maximum speed processing of fruit in the heater.
The structure and principle work:
The apparatus consists of a horizontally
cylinder with a heating mantle,
divided lengthwise into two independent sections, and a mixing shaft with
blades. Heating of the product is through steam the shirt and at the expense
feeding steam into the product around the perimeter of the cylinder at the beginning of the first and second
section,the drive is from an electric motor through a reducer and chain drive.
The speed can be adjusted stepless variator.
The apparatus is mounted on a metal racks.
The heater is made of food stainless steel. Rack made of carbon steel.
