Filler bays consists of a frame-baths,
to which are attached the parts and components of the unit, chain conveyor having
the drive and tension drums.
Structure and working principle:
The transporting element is a chain
plate pramoedya, type SS 812/815, is driven
motor 0.18 kW, 1500 rpm, through the worm gear NMR W040, with
gear ratio of 1:40. The speed of the conveyor is adjustable
the changes of frequency of rotation of the motor shaft frequency regulator in
the extent of 50%. In the composition of products includes centrifugal pump system
turboproped and valves, a supply tank with float level control. All
the parts and components of the filler in contact with the product are made of food
stainless steel.
Banks with products appear
through the first intermediate plastic deck on the conveyor, move
through the zone and fill are removed from the filler on the second floor. Ready (and
heated) Gulf enters the tank through the filter and discharged into the net
supply tank. The level in the tank is supported by a float. Bay of
a supply tank is also fed to the intake system of the centrifugal pump. Consumption
the bays on the required capacity is adjusted corresponding
valves.
