Oven Krapivina A9-designed for HPC jam, tomato products, syrups, jams, and also for roasting and peyrovani vegetables drying of flour for the filling in the manufacture of the first and second dishes., while frying pieces of meat in the formulation of canned meat on the canning companies and the food industry are small and medium capacity.
Structure and working principle:
The plate consists of two steam lines, which is mounted a table, door, manifold, actuator, control box, at the bottom of the table are valves for draining off condensate.
Steam (or cooling water) is sent to the collector and exits from it through the trunnion table. The operation mode is selected in based on cooked product on the basis of technological instructions. Control of product temperature in the bath is thermobulb electric contact thermometer pressure – electric contact pressure gauge.
