Application:
The homogenizer is designed for homogenization of milk, milk products, fruit juices, creams, lubricants, fuel, varnishes, i.e. emulsions and dispersions of all kinds. Homogenizers high pressure applied in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The structure and principle work:
Consists of a high-pressure pump and homogenizing head with one or two series connected steps. For optimum efficiency of homogenization is usually used two-tier option.
The homogenization process takes place on the first stage, the second mainly serves to provide a constant and controlled back pressure in the first stage, providing optimal conditions for the homogenization and the destruction of agglomerated fat globules formed immediately after the first stage. The high pressure pump is a piston pump driven from the electric motor. The rotation of the motor through a crankshaft and connecting rods through a crankshaft and connecting rods is converted into reciprocating motion the pistons of the pump.
