TOV ‘GFR-STORY’ ( Dnipropetrovsk ) implements eelectrode brands ANO-4 ANO-23 , ANO -36 , SSSI – 13\55 and SSSI – 13\45 for welding of critical structures of carbon (type 0,8 20, 20L, St3.... etc.) and low-alloy (type 16GS, 09G2S) steel, S235-S355, P235-P355, E 295 (according to EN 10027-1, EN 10028-2, EN 10028-3) steels.
Applied in cases when the metal seams are
with increased ductility and toughness, in
particularly when working in low temperatures.
Permitted welding of critical structures, working under
dynamic loads in the conditions of negative temperatures (down to – 40 ⁰ C);
vessels working under pressure; steel in
shipbuilding. Welding metal thickness from 3 to 30 mm Can be used
for welding casting defects.
Designed to work on
direct current reverse polarity. Welding is done with a short arc or
leaning on the peeled edges of the seam with the arc voltage V. 23-27 Electrodes
SSSI 13/55 sensitive to porosity in the presence of
rust and oil on the edges of the welded parts, and when the elongation of the arc.
Electrodes have a diameter of 3-4 mm , packing 1; 2.5 ; 5 kg. All electrodes sell in a cardboard box ,sealed shrink film , inside the electrodes are sealed in cellophane package .
