Production line for the production of Breakfast cereals (corn sticks, balls, stars).
Due to the interchangeable dies (dies), the production line can produce various cereals that are prepared from corn flour in the form of pellets, flakes, stars and other shapes. For mounting equipment production line need a little room, and the line is easy to maintain with a huge segment of the scope.
Features:
1. The mixer is installed separately, to prevent dust pollution.
2. Each type of the equipment production line has its own control system.
3. The line capacity for the production of Breakfast cereals: 50-3000 kg/h.
4. All materials that come in contact with food are made of stainless steel SS201.
5. The area under the SMT production line — 30m2(15×2m)
