Line for the production of puff pastries and rolls works without the use of moulds. Replacing the Circlip on the cutting device and increasing the speed of the knives for cutting, you can make cakes of different shapes. The line consists of: the machine to make the dough , testformula machine, jigging machine , gas tunnel oven,the device for cutting,the system for filling,precauci device for transverse cutting, cooling conveyor.
