The shunt measuring stationary 75SHSM with a nominal voltage drop 75mv is designed to increase the measurement range indicating and recording instruments direct current (DC ammeters and counters Cove ampere-hours).
The shunt 75SHSM is the simplest measuring Converter current to voltage. The main characteristic of the shunt is its ultra-low resistance. For this purpose, the design of shunts used alloy manganin, which has a very low rate of thermopower in tandem with copper (no more than 1 mV/1 °C) and low electrical resistance. For example, the shunt 75SHSM 5A has a resistance mom, and the shunt 75SHSM 15000A – 7.5 ohms.
