Ends welded band saw blades are clamped in the jaws of the machine and are heavily compressed with a special device.

Before welding on the welding machine ASP-1600 should nastroil the amount of `shrinkage` and `compression`.

Band saw inserted into the slit jaws exactly in the middle (that is, the future seam will be exactly in the middle). Select the values `current` and `welding conditions`.

After welding it is necessary to make the annealing of the weld bandsaw, otherwise it could pop in a tape power-saw bench. The annealing temperature is chosen thus, that the seam is heated to a dark crimson.
