Oil press is suitable for production of vegetable oils from seeds of oilseed pressing method.
As the working body for grinding and pressing is used the screw is made in one with the shaft.
Torque on the shaft is transmitted from the engine via a gearbox with a ratio of 1:25. Motor drive single-phase capacitor.
The seeds are loaded into a hopper and through the flap fall into the auger.
Auger crushes and transportorul seeds in the pressing chamber.
The pressing chamber consists of a cylinder with holes,shaft-auger, cone and pressing the adjusting nut. The pressure is created using the shaft of the screw.
The oil emerges through the holes in the cylinder of the pressing chamber.
The meal goes through the hole in the adjusting nut.
