Industrial band saw machine is designed for 2-3 shift work.
"Nominal" has a rigid structure, allowing to provide precision and high quality cutting.
The machine includes a debarker, a device designed to remove bark and dirt from the point of cut. The presence on the machine this device allows to increase service life of the saw by 15-20%.
The mechanism of hydraulic controls allows the operator to constantly monitor the tension of the saw blade.
On customer request the machine can be installed a laser pointer which allows you to quickly and accurately determine the location of first cut.
The machine is equipped with a soft starter the motor that reduces the load on the engine and saw mechanism and electrical system at the time of launch.
Increased the diameter of the saw drums, with the result that the number of microcracks forming on the saw during operation of the machine is significantly reduced – thus increasing its service life.
