Hydraulic pump station type GNS-08Р2Э5 ETOOLS™ is designed to generate hydraulic energy and connect one or more Executive hydrodevices used in the performance of installation and dismantling and maintenance work in industry, construction, transport, etc.
Model of oil station GNS-08Р2Э5 ETOOLS™ features a 3-position manual valves. Equipped with a single-phase asynchronous motor with supply voltage 220 V (f), or three-phase asynchronous motor with a supply voltage of 380 V (T). The pumping station is equipped with the pressure gauge vibration-proof construction. Built-in temperature sensor automatically turns off the motor in case of exceeding the fluid temperature 75°C. the pump stations are equipped with safety valve, pressure controller, power cable 2 m with connector plug socket. Models with a remote control equipped with an electromagnetic hydraulic valves and a 4 m cable, running on a safe voltage of 24V and providing motor control (start-stop) and electromagnetic dispenser. Working position hydraulic pump station - horizontal. Allowed the slope to 5° in any direction.
Climatic and technical performance of the pumping station is made in accordance with those tasks and the client's wishes.
Working fluid: vmgz TU 38 101479-86 or mga-10A OST 38 01281-82 . Class of purity of the working fluid should not be below 10 class according to GOST 17216-71. The temperature of the working fluid during operation of the pumping unit must be in the range from minus 40°to plus 70°C.
