Melting pot is designed for cooking a variety of products - cheese, dairy creams, pates, mayonnaise, ketchup, baby food, feeding, chocolate fillings, emulsions, jellies, sauces and more products with the same recipes. The standard machine consists of an isolated container in which the stirring mechanism and triple knife allows you to cut and mix. The speed of the mixer and knife smoothly adjustable. The inner surface of the vessel is polished stainless steel. The bowl has a useful volume of 80, 150 or 300 liters. Linear actuator allows you to work at an angle of 30 °. The container lid is opened and closed by an Electromechanical linear actuator.
The machine is fully computerized embroidery machines. and has different settings to store a large number of recipes.
