Timber frame style lightweight and reinforced for facade work

Forest LRSP-40 constitute the timber frame building attached, made in accordance with GOST and is intended for finishing works on facades of buildings up to 30 meters. The frame is made of steel pipe D=42 mm.

Forests are a design, collect of the following elements: a frame with a ladder, frames without ladders, diagonal and horizontal linkages, beams, wooden flooring, adjustable (screw) and unregulated (Shoe) supports, fixing elements to the wall (bracket).

The bottom row of frames rests on the support feet and screw supports, which are installed on the wood substrate. Frame scaffolding have a height of 2.0 m.

Frame, connections between the horizontal and the diagonals in a checkerboard pattern on the street side and horizontal links on the side of the wall.

The frames have safety locks with latch (pins) for fastening the diagonal and horizontal ties.

Pins are mounted in first and second rows of forests in each span two (from the street and side of the building).

Fastening scaffolding to the wall is adjustable anchoring brackets of two types of steel strip and tube with hook and clamp.

The number of rollers and screw the supports is determined by the terrain and the requirement of the customer.
