Production technology: automatic line intended for the manufacture of Church candles liquid candle mass (wax, paraffin composition) by dipping - pulling wick through the molten mass.
Onhladanie air, which eliminates the crackling of the candles when burning.
The drum machine consists of two drums and one bath, designed for raw material ( wax or paraffin).
The speed is adjustable and, if necessary, performance can be increased.
After scrolling the drums ready candle comes in a cutting machine. A cutting machine is easily adjusted for each size (you just change the coil).
Manufactured sizes of candles, from No. 140 to No. 20 (length - from 150 mm to 300 mm in diameter from 5 to 9.5 mm) - 8 sizes of candles.
Footprint - installs in the room with a length of 5.5 m
Terms of manufacturing - make-to-order max production time – 3-4 weeks.
Power connection - 220 V, power consumption up to 7 kW.
