Automated the installation of the reverse osmosis.
Reverse osmosis technology used for desalination and demineralization of water. After reverse osmosis the water is purified from salts of 99 to 99.8 %, depending on water composition, used type of membranes and the scheme of equipment.

Purified water is used for:

1. Recharge steam boilers(prevention of corrosion of the condensate lines, the increase of the coefficient useful operation, the payback period for 1 year);

2. The production of beverages, juices, drinking water,

- industry (metallurgy, coke, chemical, food);

· Programmable controller with the measurement of electrical conductivity (salinity) and temperature of purified water, with visualisation of the operation of the system.

Automation installation.
· Solenoid valve:

- supply of raw water;
- the dirty water drain;
- on line hydraulic flushing membrane osmotic water.
· Automatic hydrobromide:

- when starting the installation;

· Pressure sensors on the lines to control operation of the unit.

Protection of the installation:
· Mechanical filter to protect the membrane from clogging by suspended solids.
· Pressure sensor:

- at the entrance ― pump protection from dry move.
- before the membrane protection of the membrane from high pressure.
- in the line of permeate — protection of the membrane from destruction.
· Automatic overvoltage, thermal protection pump high pressure.

Control over the operation of the installation:
· Conductivity meter measuring conductivity or salinity and temperature purified water.
· Vibration-resistant pressure gauge:

- supply of raw water
- before the membrane.
after the membrane.
· Rotameter:

- the discharge line.
a - line permeate.
- recirculation.
· Valve adjustment thread:

- in the discharge line;
- in recirculation.

Additional equipment.
· Node:

- dosing of the inhibitor (dosing pump tank dispensing, reagent, PVC piping);
- mixing of raw water into the permeate through the ultrafiltration membrane;
- automatic flushing of the membranes with permeate in easy installation long time;
- chemical flushing of the membranes (flush pump, mechanical filter, tank, reagents, binding PVC).

· Post-filter (carbon or calcite).
· Installation preconditioning (fur. filtration, adsorption, iron removal, softening, ultrafiltration).

Controller for reverse osmosis systems AquaTech H2O.
Controller AquaTech H2O , this is the best addition to the system back osmosis, is equipped with a pump. Performs maintenance of the membrane and extend the term at least twice. The program which is wired into the chip designed specifically for tap water with a high content of chemical contaminants of silt and organic matter.
