Complete transformer substations CTPG-100-2500/10(6)0,4 U1 (urban networks)

Complete transformer substations for urban networks through passage and deadlock type – CTPG with a capacity of 100 - 2500 kVA, voltage EXT 6 or 10 kV voltage and NN 0,4 kV are intended for reception, conversion and distribution of electric energy of three-phase AC frequency 50 Hz in systems with earthed neutral transformer low-side voltage. CTPG designed for of power supply of agricultural consumers, individual settlements points and small industrial facilities in areas with temperate climate (from -45°C to +40°C).

Type of climatic performance U1 according to GOST 15150.

The normal work of the CTU is ensured under the following conditions:

1.The height above sea level not exceeding 1000m;

2.Environment – not explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and steams in concentrations, reducing the parameters of KTP in

invalid range;

3.Wind speed up to 36 m/s (speed of wind pressure up to 800 PA);

4.Atmosphere type II by GOST 15150.

High voltage input air or cable, taps outgoing lines - air or cable.

Also CTPG are made of single-and two- transformer (with partitioning for high and low voltage).

On the side of the LV circuit breakers installed. Their number and rated current are given in the table.

Package KTP includes cupboards IOC (air input) and low voltage switchgear, power transformer, disconnector outdoor installation Rlndz-10/630 (for order). By order of the CTU may be provided for line street lighting automatically activated by the signal of the built-in relay and units for reactive power compensation.
