The company "Agrokom - Melitopol" the whole last year has been the development and introduction into production units, necessary for the conversion of the harvester Niva SK-5 on chassis, hydraulic drive. The employees of our company took into account that there are crude methods such conversion. In turn, they were not convenient to install and expensive. As required reinstalling gear boxes of variables, replacement of crankshaft pulleys, tensioner pulleys, the purchase of expensive drive GTS for combine harvester DON-1500, which entailed an increase in speed of the generator and water pump. And this is premature wear.
Need these parts gone. The staff of the company "Agrokom - Melitopol" took into account the fact that in the past the cost of conversion for a client were about 45.000 UAH and was not cost-effective to install. Thus we have reduced the cost of almost two and at the moment the kit parts is 33000 UAH.
In a nutshell, I would say that the box remains native, GST pump to operate the belts already installed, and the crankshaft pulley stays in place. Ease of installation is maximized, and lastly, our employees can produce check-out and installation directly on the processor.
