Unizor-M ― best multi-purpose synthetic metal cutting fluid (SOG) of the Ukrainian manufacture for all kinds of mechanical metal processing, universal for all metals.

 
Application Sozh Unizor-M:

Universal synthetic lubricant-coolant which used in all types of mechanical metal processing:

- lespinoy (turning, milling, razebanaya, drilling, etc.);

abrasive (grinding, superfinish, etc.);

deformation (extrusion, wire drawing, stamping, etc.).

Also used in washing and quenching, manufacturing elektrovenik pipes.

The use of this coolant makes it unnecessary intermediate processing steps, what lowers the cost of production.

Technological instruction:

To ensure long-term operation of all types of coolant, including coolant ― "UNIZOR-M" we recommend:

1. Remove old, rotted coolant from the machine or from filling capacity.
2. To clean the inner surface of the gas tank from dirt, sediment, etc.
3. Rinse the gas tank with a solution of ordinary detergent funds (soda) and remove it.
4. Rinse gas tank with disinfectant solution means and to remove it.
5. Mix the coolant concentrate in barrels before consumption.
6. To prepare a working solution of coolant:

Example of preparation of 1000 kg of a 5% solution of the working coolant from concentrate
Coolant "UNIZOR-M" on the cold (t = 20C+-10C) tap water:

950 kg of cold water to pour 50 kg of concentrate "UNIZOR-m" and the mechanical stir.
(Preparation of solution of coolant can be performed directly in the machine).

Note: to heat the solution, the coolant is not necessary.

Obtained a 5% working solution translucent coolant from white to light yellow
