Technological process:
The test strip is formed; is unrolled and stretched until the desired thickness. After that in the tunnel kiln it is dried. Machine cutting shapes from a test strip workpiece of a predetermined shape and size. The resulting workpiece is treated in a special drum, and then fried in the fryer conveyor. Excess oil after frying, are removed on a special conveyor belt. Fried chips served in a special drum for dusting and uniform distribution of flavoring throughout the product surface. The finished chips after cooling stacked is conveyed to the packaging.
