Technological process:
Sifted flour is weight batcher to the mixer. The finished dough is fed in a screw divider. The test pieces of a given mass with the help of spreader and distributed evenly across the bins of the forming machine. The moulding machine produces dough, pressing the dough through the matrix. The design matrix provides blanks of a predetermined shape and size.
The workpiece after passing through the proofing chamber (linear or spiral) served on baked goods. Before baking, if necessary, pass the workpiece through Sparacino camera or soda bath.
Baking occurs at a temperature of 250-300°C, after which the baked products are dried for some time at a lower temperature. After heat treatment, finished product conveyor system are cooled to a temperature suitable for packaging.
