Technological process:
Cooked in a dough kneading machines the dough is processed on nationy machines. The finished dough is fed into the hopper of the dividing-seaming machines, the number of which depends on the desired performance of the line (up to a maximum of 6 cars). Dividing-seaming machine to form dough products and placed them on a common conveyor, which is proving. Formed blanks pass through procamera, where they are handling the hot steam produced in the steam generator, and then baked in tunnel kiln. The finished product after cooling act on the package.
