The line includes:
- moulding machine with a soda bath, a spreading device and cutter mechanism;
oven tunnel;
rotary conveyor;
- cooling conveyor.
Technological process:
The molding machine produces a test harness is a set diameter. Harnesses are passed through a bath with warm soda solution. Produced, if necessary sprinkling dry ingredients (salt, sugar, poppy, sesame, etc.). Installed at the exit of the forming machine the cutter device cuts the dough pieces of a specified length. Straws are baked in a tunnel kiln and, after cooling on the conveyor is fed to the package.
