Technological process:

The dough after mixing in the preparatory Department. After the flour sifter is fed to the dispenser of flour, where the specified dose of the flour along with portion of water enters the dough mixing machine. After kneading in a mixing bowl, the dough ferments in special bowls 30-40 minutes.

The finished dough is fed into the moulding machine with pasadika, which forms a bread plate and places them on baking trays. After proofing automatic proofing chamber is used for baking baguette plate in tunnel furnace. After baking and partial cooling and stabilization of the baked bread plate in a special chamber stabilization and cooling of dry bread plates with trays stacked on the receiving conveyor automatic cutting machine. She cuts the slab into slices which are served on drying in a tunnel oven. Classic crackers ready after final cooling serves on the package.
