The line includes:
- the mixer;
- forming machine;
device impregnation and spreading;
tunnel oven;
rotary conveyor;
- cooling conveyor;
- stacker.
Technological process:
The finished dough from the mixer fed into the hopper of the forming machine. Interchangeable roll forming machine forms the workpiece sugar cookies and places them on the conveyor. The obtained dough pieces are baked in a tunnel kiln. After baking, biscuits cooled and served on packing.
