The line includes:
a - line lamination with an extruder of fat;
- forming a line;
tunnel oven;
- conveyor system for cooling and packaging.
Technological process:
The dough is fed from the mixer into a hopper of the extruder lamination line. The extruder produces a dough ribbon, in which the extruder body fat puts a layer of fat to obtain the characteristic structure of the test. Laminators and folding nodes provide a given number of layers. Calibrator output lamination line ensures a predetermined thickness of the test tape.
The test strip of puff pastry served on a line forming. The feed can be as with the lamination line and rolling machines. On the line forming with the help of numerous replaceable units is manufacturing a variety of pastries. The billets are in a tunnel oven for baking, then cooled and served on packing.
