The line includes:
- extruder test tape block;
- three-module flattening machine;
device for stretching test.

Technological process:
Formed a roller extruder of the test tape is laid down the block on the conveyor. A three-module flattening machine calibrates it to the desired thickness. Stretching test, bring the test strip up to phyllo dough. Prepared phyllo dough is fed to the forming table where the dispenser causes a layer of the filling onto the pre-dampened surface. The mechanism of folding rolls phyllo dough stuffed with two rolls. The guillotine cuts the rolls of specified length. In the production of vertuty and Burek received the rolls are manually stacked spiral in the trays.
