Technological process:
Choux dough is pumped from the hopper into the hopper jigs. It forms procurement of goods, otsaila them on under a tunnel kiln. Optimal baking choux pastries is provided through three temperature zones of the furnace and forced air convection. Baked product after cooling is served on either the packaging or the introduction of the filling (manually or automatically).
