Technological process:
Divider test gives the test pieces are rounded with a given mass. They passed through the sheeting machine for the production of blanks of pitas. Blanks are placed on the receiving conveyor tunnel furnace. The further process runs in automatic mode. The pita bread is baked, cooled, humidified and after stabilization served on packing.
