Upgrade of existing tunnel kilns.
The modernization of tunnel furnace can be performed the following work:
- replacement mesh conveyor steel belt SANDVIC or domestic modernization drive and idler station;
- mounting the intermediate sections for extending the areas of the inlet and outlet of the furnace;
- installation of systems of greasing and cleaning of steel conveyor;
- installation of an automated system pneumatic centering conveyor belts;
- modernization of the control system of the furnace with the use of frequency converters.
