Oil pump Suntec AS for burners has a built in solenoid valve which performs the function of the shut-off valve for fast interruption and resumption of the fuel supply regardless of speed.

The principle of operation of the pump Suntec AS: Gear pair sucks the fuel from the tank through the inline filter, then pumps it to the valve regulating the fuel pressure, and injector lines. The fuel passed through the injector line, is drained through klapow back line for a two-pipe system; one-pipe system returns to the suction. In this case the return line must be removed plug bypass and the return line is closed by a steel plug with washer.

Solenoid valve of the pump Suntec AS — "normally open" type.
When the solenoid valve is not activated, the bypass channel between a pressure side valve side of the fuel return is opened. The pressure will rise to open the valve, no matter the rotation speed of the gear pair.

When the solenoid valve is activated, the bypass channel is closed. Because of the high speed gear pair, the pressure needed to open the valve, increases very rapidly, and triggered release.

Stopping delivery of the fuel During the stop of the burner solenoid valve opens the bypass, spilling all the fuel in the return pipe, and the valve nozzle is closed immediately. So quickly works the lock function.

Supply and termination of the fuel supply can operate independently of the speed of the motor.
When the solenoid valve is not activated, the torque is reduced.

Air vents: air vents in two-pipe system is automatic, but can be accelerated by opening the pressure gauge port.
In one-pipe system to release the air from the system must be open pressure gauge port.
