Circular sawing cutting machine

Hydraulic circular sawing cutting machine model STM400CNC is ideal for precise cuts of steel pieces of logs and pipes of different sections in automatic mode under an angle of 90°.

            Machine manufactured in the European design, gear drive (4-step transmission), suitable for work in a mode of constant load keeping the stable accuracy.

            Feed with servo motor AC control with PLC, make the feeding accurate and steady. Single feeding length up to 1000 mm if necessary it can be increased by peregrip Vice.

Machine can cut tubes in the package (special vise – option), which makes the cutting high-performance.

Touch screen, digital control, provides high cutting accuracy. Clear interface provides user-friendly operation

            Automatic system coolant allows to achieve a smooth cut.

Vertical the guide disk provides stable operation time of the machine for many years.

Easy cleaning of the machine after working, convenient chip removal.

Strong design contributes to low vibration and precision in work.

Cutting the drive can be moved forward or backward to ensure accurate cutting position, increasing the lifetime of the disk and the speed of the cut.
