The company LLC "Polymers" is engaged in manufacturing and selling secondary granules of high pressure polyethylene.
Secondary granule LDPE is produced mainly from raw materials grades of LDPE 158.
The source material is hand-sorting, magnetic separation, washing, agglomeration, extrusion, granulation, getting the fraction from 2 to 5 mm.
Secondary granule LDPE is used to manufacture extrusion and injection molding products — production of films, garbage bags, oversized packages, packages,, cable ducts, non-pressure pipe and casing, plugs, etc.
Finished products are supplied in bags of 25 - 30 kg.
Material component: polypropylene film LDPE (LDPE) film.
The granules color: transparent, light.
Ash content - 1 %.
The density of 0,924 g/cm3.
The melt flow index (MFR), g/10 min / 190/5 of 2.20.
Degree of purification: washed
Filtration mesh (plain weave 64 stitches on 1 dm2): N-64*2.
