Gutter gutting lines used in the manual evisceration of poultry and is used for transportation of waste that occur during the evisceration of poultry.
Structure and principle :
The gutting chute are made of stainless, acid-resistant materials.
The length and width of the trough depends on the size and number of birds, which is designed for evisceration. The width of the trench also depends on the number of work posts that can be placed on one or two sides.
On the straight sections of the gutter are taps for washing with 10-second impurities of water that can economically use water.
Technical data:
Standard segment length is 2000 mm (on customer request we can produce other sizes)
Standard width — 600 or 900 mm (with a width of 600 jobs on one side, with a width of 900 jobs on both sides)
The number of posts for 1 segment with a width 600 — 2 seats, with a width of 900 — 4 seat.
