We offer secondary granule for the production of polyethylene pipes (to replace PE-100, PE-80, PE-63). Color: black, grey conditionally. Volume up to 100T/month.
In the presence of several formulations with different percentages of polyethylene of low and high pressure:
pipe composition LDPE: 80% HDPE+20% (for thick-walled tubes);
- regranulat pipe PE-100 (pure HDPE) (for thick-walled tubes);
pipe polyethylene LDPE 60% HDPE+40% (for thin-walled pipes).
Maybe to make composition under Your material. For example: 30% -70%, etc.
Raw material: waste pipe and blow molding production. Packaging: bags of 30 kg.
Application: for the manufacture of profiled moldings, fittings, polyethylene pipes for cold water supply, ventilation, gas supply systems, construction of external networks, plugs, couplings, widownet capacity and products.
The composition is intended for processing by a method of blow molding products and household goods, thick films with a thickness of 20 µm or more. Samples up to 10 kg., sent free of charge.
